1. Courier – For Loka and Stellie Jeans

Courier Guy (PUDO) is the only and most effective form of courier I use here in Komatipoort.

Delivery takes place to your given residential address or last PUDO Locker/Courier Guy Kiosk for self collection.

Courier costs will vary between R80 -R180 depending on your courier option choice. If you have any questions about it, feel free to contact me before you place the order online.

Ravishingly YOU-nique cannot be held responsible for any packages that are stolen, missing or damaged during the courier route. Also not for courier services that are late or delayed due to riots.

Courier takes about 3-5 working days depending on the area.

2. Exchanges

If the item ordered does not exceed your expectations you are welcome to contact me within 2 (two) days of receiving the item for arrangements to return it. The exchange costs are for the client’s own account and the item must be in the same condition as it was received, free of any perfume, sweat, smoke, marks or heel spots. Please use Courier Guy or Postnet and not the local Post Office.

Note that no cash refunds are made and you will receive credit for the item being returned, to purchase something else. Courier is added to the final amount. Credit is only valid for 6 (six) months; if it is not used in that time it expires. No exchanges or credit is held for marked “sale” items.

Due to hygienic reasons, earrings and other accessories are not exchanged.

Please note that Loka Golden Oldie clothes cannot be exchanged for other sizes, as there are limited sizes available.

3. Wash Clothes

We encourage clients to hand wash the Loka clothing range in particular to preserve the longevity of the item.

4. Please note that no medical claims are made on any of Organo and Sh’Zen’s wellness products, and results may vary.

5. Please note that proof of payment confirms your order. No orders will be dispatched until proof of payment has been received, and payment has reflected in our bank account.
